Who we are (and aren’t)

Insider Car Deals (“we”, “us”) provides independent research on real-world new-car pricing and typical finance terms available from UK franchised dealers. We do not sell cars, arrange finance, or provide financial advice. Any purchase or finance agreement you enter into will be with the supplying dealer and/or finance provider, not with Insider Car Deals.

Finance and PCP information

• Any finance figures shown (including APRs, deposit contributions, monthly PCP payments and representative examples) are illustrative and for information only.
• Finance is subject to status, availability and affordability checks by the lender. Terms, APRs and incentives can change at any time without notice.
• Eligibility: usually 18+, UK resident; other lender terms may apply. Always request a written quotation from the supplying dealer/lender before you decide.
• Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. If in doubt, seek advice from a regulated adviser.

Pricing & availability

• We apply due diligence and take reasonable care to research discounts, incentives and typical transaction prices. However, all prices, savings, stock status and lead times are subject to change without notice and may vary by dealer, region and timing.
• The figures we publish are realistic targets, not guarantees. Individual dealers may choose not to match them.
• Manufacturers and dealers can alter list prices, incentives, options and specifications at any time.

Scope of our services

• Top 10 Deals Guides are downloadable reports showing the strongest discounts and finance offers currently available by category (e.g. small cars, family SUVs, EVs). They are based on our research at the time of publication and are designed to help guide your shortlist and negotiations.

• Personal Deal Sheets provide bespoke research based on your brief, outlining the real-world discounts and finance terms you should expect to achieve; provided for you to use in your own negotiations with dealers.

• We Do It For You is a negotiation service where we use your Personal Deal Sheet terms to secure your deal directly with a trusted UK dealer on your behalf.

• Bespoke To You is a premium, one-to-one consultation service providing tailored insight and a custom Deal Sheet for your chosen car(s).

• All figures and examples are based on real-world data but are not a guarantee that every dealer will offer these terms.

• Your contract for the vehicle purchase and/or finance agreement is always with the supplying dealer or lender, not with Insider Car Deals.

No reliance / your responsibility

Information on this site and in our reports is provided “as is” for general guidance. You are responsible for verifying any price, incentive, specification, lead time and finance term with the supplying dealer/lender before committing. We are not responsible for differences between our research and the final terms you agree.

Right to refuse orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for our services if we suspect it is not from a genuine customer, involves misuse of our intellectual property, presents a conflict of interest, or would otherwise breach our terms or applicable law. If we cancel before work begins, we will refund any fees paid.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our reports—including text, data, tables, graphics, layouts and methodologies—is the intellectual property of Insider Car Deals (or our licensors).

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial car-buying decisions.
• No copying, sharing, re-publishing, scraping, reselling or derivative use is permitted without our prior written consent.
• Unauthorised use may result in service withdrawal, legal action, and/or claims for damages.

Third-party sites & trademarks

We sometimes link to third-party websites (e.g., dealers, lenders, valuation services). We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or availability. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We exclude all implied warranties and conditions regarding our content and services.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses (including loss of time, opportunity, profits or savings).
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.
• This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Refunds (summary)

Once bespoke research work has started, fees are generally non-refundable because the service consists of our time, expertise and proprietary analysis. If you believe we’ve made a substantive error, contact us promptly—fair treatment matters to us and we’ll review in good faith. (See our full Terms for details.)

Governing law

This site and our services are intended for UK consumers. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
