Not necessarily. We may approach your local dealer first, but if they don’t want the business, we’ll find one who will. Many dealers also offer home delivery.

Deal terms are subject to change at any time and without notice by dealers and/or manufacturers. However, we expect most deal terms to remain valid for at least 14 days.
Delivery times are set by the manufacturer. Dealers quote the latest information available, but timings can change.
We recommend getting quotes from sites such as Motorway.co.uk, BigWantsYourCar.com or Webuyanycar.com so you know your car’s real value. If you decide to part-exchange with a dealer, only bring it up after the new-car price has been agreed. This prevents the dealer from inflating your part-exchange offer by reducing the genuine discount on the new car.
Not currently. Leasing has a minority share of the private new car market and often comes with restrictions. We monitor the market and will include it if we see genuine and consistent value for consumers.

No service can honestly guarantee that. A dealer could always undercut by £1 to claim a “better” deal. What we do guarantee is that the terms of our deals are based on solid research and our in-depth understanding of what is really available in the market. Our aim is simple: to save you time, give you confidence when buying a new car, and by setting out the terms of a genuinely great deal, make sure you never overpay for your next new car.
No. We’re not a broker or a lender. All finance examples are illustrative. The supplying dealer will provide official finance quotations on request.
As a research-based service, refunds aren’t normally offered once we’ve started work. Each report is created specifically for your chosen car(s), so the time and expertise invested can’t be “returned” like a physical product. That said, we want every customer to feel treated fairly. If you believe there’s been an error, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Yes. We guarantee to deliver any Top 10 Deals Guides, Personal Deal Sheets, or services you’ve ordered from Insider Car Deals — or your money back. For Personal Deal Sheets, we also offer a price promise: all stated discounts and PCP terms are realistically achievable at UK franchised dealers. If you upgrade to our We Do It For You or Concierge service and we can’t secure a deal that at least matches your sheet, you’ll be entitled to a refund.
We focus on the brands that matter most to UK car buyers. While we don’t include exotic makes such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati or Marcos, our aim is to cover the majority of mainstream manufacturers. Coverage may vary from time to time, but we currently exclude Citroën, Subaru, Suzuki and Xpeng
