When It’s Time to Negotiate
Your Personal Deal Sheet gives you everything you need to secure a great price.
Dealers can match the terms — but whether they will depends on how much they want your business.
If they won’t play ball, be ready to walk away and try another who will.
Or, if you’d rather not handle the back-and-forth, simply upgrade and we will arrange the deal for you, and we’ll take care of the negotiations directly — saving you even more time and hassle.
This includes information not readily available to the consumer:
- Dealer discounts
- Manufacturer savings
- PCP finance details – including deposit allowances, monthly payments and APRs
These savings and discounts are detailed on your Personal Deal Sheets that you purchase. This means you’ll know in advance what’s really possible, not just what a salesperson wants you to believe.
While you’ll do the negotiations with a dealer, your Personal Deal Sheets will include everything you need to negotiate that great price.
The dealer will be capable of matching the terms on your Personal Deal Sheets, but they may choose not to depending on how much they want your business. If they don’t, you must be prepared to walk away and try another dealer who will.

If you’ve already purchased a Personal Deal Sheet and chosen your car, simply upgrade and we’ll take it from there.
We’ll negotiate directly with a UK franchised dealership on the terms set out in your Personal Deal Sheet and connect you with the right person once the deal’s agreed.
All you need to do is place your order and confirm when your new car will be ready for collection.
This upgrade can sometimes unlock exclusive, red-hot offers that pop up from time to time.
Thanks to my industry contacts, I hear about these deals the moment they surface — and if a bigger saving becomes available, it’ll be applied to your car (subject to availability).

This service is for anyone planning to buy a new car — whatever stage you’re at.
You’ll start with a personal 30-minute call with me, Pat Hoy, where I’ll use over 25 years of experience in researching and negotiating real-world new-car deals to give you clear, independent insight into the best-value discounts and manufacturer finance offers available for the type of car you’re considering. (Please note: I don’t provide regulated financial advice.)
From there, you can shortlist up to three cars you’re seriously considering.
I’ll then create a bespoke Concierge Deal Sheet for each, including:
- Exact discounted price available through trusted UK franchised dealers
- Manufacturer incentives and deposit contributions currently on offer
- Illustrative PCP monthly payments to show how the deal stacks up
- Total on-the-road price, including any factory-fitted options you’ve chosen
Each Concierge Deal Sheet is tailored to your situation and typically valid for up to 14 days, giving you the time and confidence to make a fully informed decision
Once you’ve decided which car you’d like to buy, I’ll secure the deal directly with a trusted UK franchised dealership and introduce you to the right contact to complete your order.
Throughout, I’ll monitor for any exclusive or time-limited offers that may arise — and if a better saving becomes available, I’ll apply it to your deal where possible.
The result: a refined, stress-free buying experience, personally managed with insider expertise and total transparency ensuring you secure a great deal on your next new car.
- Deal sourcing & negotiation: I’ll negotiate directly with dealers on your behalf. Please allow up to 7 working days for this step, and I’ll keep you updated throughout.
- Seamless handover: Once terms are agreed, I’ll connect you with a named salesperson at the supplying dealership so you can complete the order and confirm delivery/collection.
